Inform the client of the final version of their itinerary, deposit deadline and other special needs.

4. PAYMENT

After client confirmation, the full payment should be made within a specified timeframe before departure.

Accessible in PDF, free App offline/online or physical documentation mailed to the first hotel in Japan Map links and more.

3. TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE

When travelers journey between prefectures in Japan using the bullet trains, we typically provide a separate transportation schedule for their reference.

4. PHYSICAL TICKETS AND VOUCHERS

We issue advance tickets for highway buses, bullet trains, activities, museums, and any other services requiring prior booking. These tickets are sent to the traveler's first hotel in Japan.
