1.ON-TRIP SUPPORT

For complete packaged tours, travelers can reach out to us 24/7 for any issues or problems encountered during the tour. Available on WhatsApp, iMessage, WeChat and LINE.

2. DETAILED ITINERARY AND TRAVEL GUIDE

We avoid overwhelming clients with papers. Your itinerary and documents are available as PDFs, a free app (online or offline), or as physical copies mailed to your first hotel in Japan if needed. Includes map links and more.

3. TRANSPORTATION SCHEDULE

For travel between prefectures by bullet train or highway day trips, we provide a separate transportation schedule for reference. We also recommend private cars with drivers and guides for a more comfortable experience.

4. PHYSICAL TICKETS, VOUCHERS & DINING RESERVATIONS

We provide transport tickets requiring advance booking, delivered to the traveler’s first hotel in Japan. For full tour packages, we also offer up to three complimentary dining reservations.
